Is Hotel VOS adults-only?
Yes. Guests must be 18 or older. Children are not permitted to stay.
Does the hotel have a pool and Wi-Fi?
There is an outdoor pool with ocean and tropical views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is in the suites and common areas. Suites are air-conditioned.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Contact the hotel before booking if you travel with a trained service animal.
Is parking available?
Guest parking is complimentary but limited, first-come. Tell the hotel before arrival if you are driving. A 4×4 is not normally required for the main road.
How do I get here?
Quepos Airport (XQP) is about 15 minutes. San José (SJO) is about 2.5–3+ hours via Route 27 and the Costanera Sur. Liberia (LIR) is about 5–6+ hours. Daylight arrival is recommended.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the rate. It can be added at checkout, and à la carte dining is on site at Vista Bistro, Terraza 77 and Vistas del Alma.
What is the cancellation policy?
Terms depend on the rate and dates. Some reservations allow free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The booking confirmation is the final reference.
